IOI Partners and Build A Rocket Boy, led by industry veteran Leslie Benzies, have officially announced MindsEye, an immersive cinematic thriller arriving in Summer 2025. This narrative-driven, single-player action-adventure game promises a tense story, intense combat, and adrenaline-fueled action set in the near future.
MindsEye follows Jacob Diaz, a former soldier equipped with a mysterious neural implant that causes him intermittent flashes of memories from his past. As Jacob attempts to uncover the truth about his life, he is drawn into a world shaped by Artificial Intelligence, high-tech experiments, and unchecked military power. The action unfolds in Redrock, a fictional desert metropolis, and the game explores themes of human greed and corporate espionage.
The game combines a deeply personal story with explosive third-person shooter combat, high-speed chases, and futuristic technology, creating an experience that is both cinematic and completely immersive. Enemies coordinate attacks, flush you out of cover, and overwhelm you with numerically superior forces, making every encounter a test of skill and strategy. An accompanying drone further deepens the gameplay, providing tactical support during combat.
MindsEye will be available for PC via Steam and Epic Games, as well as for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
