The new cozy puzzle game Slip n’ Slime is coming to Steam later this year, bringing with it a charming and relaxing adventure inspired by classic Sokoban puzzles. A free demo version is already available on Steam, allowing you to try out the sliding fun in advance.
Slip n’ Slime is a puzzle adventure set in a pixelated fantasy world. You control a squishy slime, moving it across the map to reach objectives and complete levels. The gameplay is simple yet challenging: choose a direction, and the slime will slide until it hits an obstacle. You then have to carefully plan each subsequent move to guide it toward the goal.
The game features over 100 handcrafted levels spread across four unique biomes, including a forest, mystical crystal caves, and a wizard’s domain. Each biome introduces new mechanics, such as moving boxes to cover traps, collecting keys to unlock doors, and using grids to change the slime’s size and access new areas.
