During the IGN x ID@Xbox Digital Showcase, DON’T NOD Montréal released a brand new trailer for their first game, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. This game represents the first part of the Lost Records IP, as a creation of the team that created Life is Strange.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a narrative adventure game set in the fictional town of Velvet Cove during the summer of 1995. Four high school friends – Swann, Nora, Autumn and Kat – spend the summer together to bond until something changes the course of their lives. After 27 years of silence, they meet again to face the dark secrets that made them promise never to speak to each other again.

In the new trailer, explore Velvet Cove through the lens of a camera belonging to the game's main protagonist, Swann, as she prepares for her final summer in the fictional Michigan town. The trailer gives us a glimpse into Swann's personality: her introverted nature and passion for capturing bits of reality on her camcorder. It also shows us some of the areas in the game we'll be exploring and the characters we'll meet when the game releases in late 2024.

The game will release in two separate parts, with a gap of one month between them. Namely, the natural break in the story will allow players to start discussions, share theories and eagerly await the continuation of the story, said DON'T NOD.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage releases in late 2024 on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 consoles.
