Athena Dai, technical designer; Natalie Pellman, concept artist; Chad, a talented backend engineer; and Colton, who specializes in character controls at Elodie Games, showcased their game Seekers of Skyveil in a new trailer. They also announced that the closed beta will begin this September.
In a genre dominated by first-person shooters and simulation titles, Seekers of Skyveil brings a fresh approach to extraction-style games. With gameplay that’s easy to learn but hard to master, this title offers an accessible entry into a genre that usually demands countless hours to understand.
The game combines a League of Legends–style aesthetic with fast-paced, high-intensity gameplay reminiscent of Dark and Darker and Tarkov. Players can expect MOBA-like controls and character abilities, but with a more action-driven tempo. Fans of Battlerite will notice its influence, but Seekers maintains the high-stakes feel typical of extraction-focused titles.

The game has shifted its focus from PvE toward emphasizing team fights and unique character playstyles. Each Seeker offers a different experience, and the developers are exploring new features—such as unique hero abilities, to keep the game feeling fresh. The diverse roster aims to ensure that every player finds a Seeker that suits them.
