Publisher Pantaloon, in collaboration with Nested Loop Studios, has announced BOXROOM, a new simulation game that transforms your Steam libraries into fully customizable virtual spaces. Designed as both a creative tool and a nostalgic tribute to physical game collections, the title allows users to build and personalize their own game room.

BOXROOM is about recreating the joy of collecting and organizing games, something many players have lost in the shift to digital storefronts. The game imports a user’s Steam library into a 3D environment, where each title can be placed on shelves, desks, or display units. You can browse a catalog of furniture and decorations to shape your space, effectively turning your collection into a curated exhibition that reflects your personal taste and gaming history.

Beyond simple organization, the experience adds interactive elements that deepen its appeal. Players can pick up game boxes from their shelves, inspect them up close, and even launch the titles directly from within the room. Additional customization options include decorating walls with artwork or screenshots tied to specific games.

A demo for BOXROOM is currently available on Steam. Those who try the demo will also receive an exclusive in-game item upon full release.
