Publisher Saber Interactive and developer stillalive studios have announced that Bus Bound, a new bus driving simulation game, will launch on April 30, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Priced at €29.99, the game aims to build on the legacy of the Bus Simulator series while introducing new gameplay elements focused on urban development and player-driven progression.

Set in the fictional city of Emberville, Bus Bound places you behind the wheel of licensed American buses, blending traditional route-based driving with a broader simulation of a living, evolving city. Developed by the team behind Bus Simulator 18 and Bus Simulator 21, the game emphasizes immersion through detailed environments, varied districts, and a dynamic system where your actions contribute to the growth and transformation of the city’s infrastructure and public spaces.

In addition to its single-player experience, Bus Bound introduces online cooperative multiplayer for up to four players, allowing you to coordinate routes with friends and improve the shared city together. The game also features a fleet of 17 buses at launch, including models from well-known manufacturers such as New Flyer and Blue Bird, alongside a progression system that rewards players with upgrades, customization options, and new vehicles as they build goodwill with passengers.

A Deluxe Edition will also be available for €39.99, including additional buses, cosmetic skins, and a “Bus Pass” that grants access to three planned expansions arriving later in 2026. Players who pre-order either edition will receive bonus content, including the Horizon Hydrogen 40-foot Gen2 bus and exclusive skins.
