Multiplayer title Super Battle Golf has quickly established itself as one of the breakout hits of the year, surpassing one million copies sold just over a month after its launch on February 19. Priced at just 8 euros, the chaotic PvP game has gained significant traction on Steam, where it has also secured a place among the platform’s best-selling titles while maintaining a “Very Positive” user rating.

Developed by Brimstone, Super Battle Golf stands out by reimagining traditional golf gameplay into a fast-paced, real-time competitive experience. Instead of taking turns, players compete simultaneously to sink their shots, all while using an arsenal of unconventional tools such as rocket launchers, lasers, landmines, and spring boots to disrupt opponents.

The game’s rapid growth has been particularly notable, having already sold 500,000 copies earlier in the month before doubling that figure in just a few weeks. Looking ahead, Brimstone has teased a new content update alongside additional announcements scheduled for April 2, suggesting that the momentum behind Super Battle Golf is far from slowing down.
