The Yugo Game Awards 2025, a new nonprofit initiative celebrating the best in ex-Yugoslav game development, has officially revealed its list of nominees – highlighting the region’s fast-rising creative scene and the studios shaping its future.
Hosted as part of MonteGames 2025 (October 17–18, Porto Montenegro), the ceremony marks the first-ever edition of the Yugo Game Awards – honoring creativity, artistry, and storytelling across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.
The red carpet will roll out in Porto Montenegro this October, welcoming developers, publishers, and creators from across the region. Attendance is free for all industry professionals, with registration now open at https://www.montegames.me/.
