Druga faza projekta obuhvaća izgradnju akceleratora s VR studijem i inkubatora za testiranje videoigara s 2500 sjedećih mjesta. Nositelj projekta je Regionalni koordinator Sisačko-moslavačke županije, dok su Razvojna agencija SIMORA, Sisačko-moslavačka županija i Grad Novska partneri.
U Novskoj već postoji gaming eko sustav. Kroz postojeći inkubator PISMO powered by A1 djeluje 70-ak start UP-ova, iza njih je više od 1000 gotovih projekata, a neke videoigre poput „Go home Annie: An SCP Game“ postižu zavidne rezultate.

The Gaming Industry Center being built in Novska will be unique in the world. Construction of this complex, which spans 9 hectares of land, is already underway. This kind of gaming campus will offer education in video game development, ranging from non-formal training to higher education. Its uniqueness is also reflected in the close integration of learning with hands-on work using state-of-the-art equipment, as well as in the opportunity for employment in an industry that has been achieving excellent business results globally for several years.
The Gaming Industry Center project is worth more than €76 million and is financed through the Just Transition Fund. It consists of two phases; the first phase is currently being implemented, and construction is progressing according to schedule. A student dormitory, a faculty building, a power plant, roads, and sports facilities, including a swimming pool, a sports hall, and outdoor sports fields are under construction. The second phase of the project includes the construction of an accelerator with a VR studio and a video game testing incubator with seating for 2,500 people. The project lead is the Regional Coordinator of Sisak-Moslavina County, with the SIMORA Development Agency, Sisak-Moslavina County, and the City of Novska as partners.
A gaming ecosystem already exists in Novska. Through the existing PISMO powered by A1 incubator, around 70 startups are operating, with more than 1,000 completed projects behind them, and some video games, such as Go Home Annie: An SCP Game, have achieved notable success. There are also video game development education programs using Unity, Blender, and Unreal Engine, which nearly 500 people have completed. A summer gaming camp attracts primary school students, while secondary school students can enroll in a four-year vocational program, Video Game Development Technician, offered at Novska Secondary School and Sisak Technical School.
“Construction and equipping of the first phase of the Gaming Industry Center is planned to be completed by mid-2027, while the first students are expected to enroll in the study program currently under development in the 2028/2029 academic year. We are pleased with the visible progress made by the company TROMONT, which is carrying out the works at our large construction site. We also expect a decision on funding for the second phase soon, so that we can implement everything as planned,” stated representatives of the Regional Coordinator of Sisak-Moslavina County.
