Bullet Heaven Game Achilles: Survivor Launches in Early Access Next Week

Dark Point Games has announced the release of Achilles: Survivor, a single-player bullet heaven game inspired by the survivors genre. Set in the mythological world of Achilles: Legends Untold, the game will be available starting January 29, 2025, for PC via Steam at a price of €4.99.

The story begins after the Trojan War, where Hades revives Achilles to serve him in divine schemes. After fulfilling Hades’ plans, Achilles decides to escape the Underworld, freeing countless souls in the process. Furious at this betrayal, Hades sends his legions to hunt down Achilles and the other fugitives. You can, therefore, take on the role of Achilles or other survivors from Tartarus, as you fight massive hordes of enemies.

Achilles: Survivor takes you through the mythological landscapes of Greece, Troy, and Tartarus. Unlike classic bullet heaven games, this title introduces innovative building mechanics. You can construct defensive towers, healing structures, and summon allies to fight alongside you.

During each run, you choose a character, each with unique abilities. New characters will be gradually added to the game to include even more variety. By playing further, you unlock treasures, upgrade your characters, and gain access to new abilities, maps, and content.
