SolidCore Games has just released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming title Floralis. It’s a cinematic puzzle adventure with horror elements, set in a lush, post-human jungle where intelligent plant life now rules the world.

The new trailer gives players a look into the eerie world of Floralis, showing some of the interactions with plants and the environment that are necessary to progress. The game combines stealth, puzzles, and platforming to tell the story of two sisters who were born from a tree. The central plot follows their struggle to stay together in a world that seems intent on separating them.

To solve the plant-based puzzles, you will need to manipulate plants, light, and forgotten machines. The game encourages you to experiment, as many puzzles have multiple solutions. You’ll also find playful moments where you can interact with objects and toys. This can unlock secret routes, trigger hidden cutscenes, or help you learn more about the fate of the old world.

Although the game is still a work in progress, a new playable demo for Floralis will be released later this month on Steam and Xbox Series X/S.
