Shiro Games, the developer known for titles like Northgard and Dune: Spice Wars, has announced that its upcoming multiplayer space simulation game, SpaceCraft, has reached a new milestone of over 200,000 wishlists on Steam.

In SpaceCraft, you can explore a vast universe full of planets, asteroid belts, and space stations, with seamless, real-time transitions between space and planetary surfaces. The game also features a player-driven economy where you can join or form online corporations to cooperate or compete for influence, whether you’re playing alone or with others.

The game emphasizes building and automation, letting you create planetary production hubs that run around the clock. You’ll manage drones, cargo systems, and interplanetary logistics to optimize your manufacturing and trade networks. This involves gathering, extracting, and refining materials to craft everything from basic parts to complex ship modules.

CEO of Shiro Games Nicolas Cannasse said the response has been “overwhelming.” He emphasized that player feedback is crucial in shaping the game’s “dynamic and expansive world” and that the studio aims to provide an experience that players can enjoy for many years. SpaceCraft will launch on PC via Steam.
