A closed playtest for Tales of Seikyu arrives on Steam on October 24, giving players an early chance to experience this magical spirit-filled world ahead of the game’s 2025 release on Steam.
Interested players can sign up for the playtest today by visiting the game’s official Steam page. Selected participants will have the opportunity to explore the serene and enchanting land of Seikyu and get an early look at this unique adventure.
Tales of Seikyu is set in a mystical land inhabited by yokai, legendary creatures from Japanese folklore. In this fantastical life simulation, players will settle in Seikyu, build their ideal farm, grow crops, craft special recipes, and restore the town to its former glory.
As you explore, you’ll meet and bond with locals, forging friendships and perhaps even romantic connections through heartfelt events. One of the key features is the ability to transform into various yokai forms, letting players fly through the skies, climb mountains, and dive into the underwater depths of Seikyu.
The game blends survival mechanics, crafting, exploration, and light RPG progression with a narrative mystery at its core.
