Red Kiss Brings Vampire Espionage and Cold War Drama to 1980s Berlin

Revealed by Fellow Traveller and Dutch developer Wispfire, Red Kiss is a narrative-driven RPG that mixes espionage, relationship-building, and strategic decision-making in a world filled with political paranoia and supernatural intrigue.

You step into the role of an Augur, a newly turned vampire with the ability to telepathically direct agents across Berlin’s underground rail network. Under the guidance of a mysterious figure known only as “Daddy,” you’ll recruit operatives, conduct covert missions, and navigate a web of loyalty, desire, and betrayal.

Between high-risk operations, you’ll develop relationships with fellow vampires through conversations and blood bonds that can unlock new abilities and influence the story. The game promises a highly reactive narrative where personal connections are just as important as mission success.

Visually, Wispfire is using a combination of Live2D animation and motion-capture technology to create expressive character performances, helping bring its cast of flawed and alluring vampire operatives to life.

Red Kiss does not have a release date yet, but you can wishlist it on Steam.
