During the Fellow Traveller’s Story-Rich Showcase, developer Necrosoft Games and publisher Ysbryd Games announced that the tactical RPG Demonschool will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 while also receiving a DLC expansion across all platforms.

The upcoming DLC introduces a brand-new side story featuring a mysterious antagonist, along with 50 new puzzle battles designed to test even experienced players. These encounters challenge you to solve combat scenarios in a single turn, rewarding successful strategists with new techniques to learn and master.

Nintendo Switch 2 players won’t just be getting a straight port either. The new version includes mouse controls, improved visuals, higher frame rates, and the addition of New Game+, allowing players to begin new playthroughs while keeping abilities, relationships, upgrades, and other progress from previous runs.

For those unfamiliar with the game, Demonschool follows college freshman Faye as she arrives at a haunted island university plagued by supernatural threats. Inspired by classic Italian horror films and Japanese horror manga, the RPG combines turn-based tactical combat with social elements, letting players build friendships, strengthen relationships, and unlock powerful team combinations.

Demonschool is currently available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam) platforms, with the Switch 2 version and DLC both scheduled to arrive later this year.
