Billie Bust-Up showcased a new trailer during the Humble Games Showcase this week, giving us a glimpse into several mini-games that await us in this title. It is a game that combines elements of an interactive musical with a 3D platformer. Although there is still no concrete release date, it will be available for PC via Steam.

In Billie Bust-Up, characters sing as they move through the world, whether through rhythmic sequences or in boss battles that are set to catchy villain songs. This approach, inspired by classic animated musicals, brings freshness to the world of platformers while paying homage to Disney songs.

One of the reasons Billie Bust-Up has already gained popularity is the exceptional quality of the animations and music. Songs such as “I’ve Had Enough of You” and “The Pirate Queen’s Cave is the Worst” have garnered attention not only for their lyrics but also for their excellent performance. Behind these musical works are renowned composer Daniel Ingram, known for his work on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and orchestrator Trevor Hoffmann.

In addition to impressive music, Billie Bust-Up boasts a top-tier voice cast. The voice talents include Michael Kovach, Ed Bosco, and Gabriel Brown, better known as Black Gryph0n, all known for their work on the pilot episode of Hazbin Hotel. Kovach, who has had significant roles in projects like The Amazing Digital Circus and Murder Drones, lends his charismatic voice to the main character, while Bosco and Brown contribute to the depth and charm of the other characters.
