A new Brazilian publishing and porting studio Alchemy Games has entered the market, focusing on bringing the best indie PC games to consoles worldwide. Their first wave of titles, including Mind Over Magnet and Hell is Other Demons, is scheduled to release in 2025.
Alchemy Games was founded by industry veterans Gerson Souza and Paulo Santos, who bring extensive experience from Sony Computer Entertainment America, Bandai Namco, and Flux Games.
“We’re excited about the incredible games from talented studios that we’ll be publishing on consoles in the coming months,” said Souza, CEO of Alchemy Games. “We want to ensure these games reach console players seeking innovative experiences.”
The studio handles the entire porting pipeline, from technical optimization and platform compliance to marketing and distribution. Their business model is developer-friendly: studios pay no upfront costs, and revenue from console versions is shared from day one.
