Dive into a story-rich adventure on a planet on the brink of collapse in Dark Sky, a turn-based sci-fi RPG originally titled Xenotheria. Experience a thrilling, narrative journey that includes dynamic characters, strategic combat, and customizable deck-building elements.

Desolation reigns on the once-peaceful mining planet Wolf Prime after a mysterious force summoned cryptic spacecraft. You will face a dangerous apocalyptic landscape as Squig and Norton, humble workers who recruit a crew of heroes to uncover the truth hidden beneath the ruins. As the debut title from Ganymede Games studio, Dark Sky represents the initial chapter in a much broader narrative universe.

You will confront various adversaries in tactical, squad-oriented card battles. Therefore, you’ll need to craft fully customized decks for each of the six playable characters, combine them to trigger status effects against enemies, and create and upgrade new cards to unlock powerful abilities like lasers and poison darts.

Journey through vibrant, hand-painted environments and interact with various opposing factions on Wolf Prime, such as the Outworld Collective Fleet, the Mining Guild, and the Runshak death cult. Namely, you will explore the alien world in a race to discover the cause of the cataclysm before Squig and Norton’s planet is destroyed.

This title comes from former Riot and Wargaming developers, and it was recently revealed that Midwest Games will be the publisher of this game. Dark Sky will be released for PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store in the third quarter of this year. Additionally, you’ll be able to play the latest demo during the Steam Deckbuilders Fest event from March 25 to April 1, 2024.
