Soft Rains has officially revealed that Ambrosia Sky: Act Two will launch on August 6, 2026 on Steam, bringing the story of one of last year’s most overlooked narrative adventures to a close.
For those unfamiliar, Ambrosia Sky blends immersive-sim exploration with a surprisingly relaxing cleaning mechanic. You step into the shoes of scientist Dalia as she returns to an asteroid colony devastated by a mysterious sentient fungus. Armed with an upgradeable chemical sprayer, you’ll clear alien contamination, uncover secrets, and piece together what happened to the people who once called the colony home.
Dalia continues her search for her ex-girlfriend, Maeve, while laying the dead to rest and collecting DNA to advance research into human immortality. The final act resolves the major threads introduced in Act One while expanding the experience with new mission locations, fresh exo-fungus types to harvest and survive, and a reworked progression system with additional upgrades.
Act Two will be released as a free update for existing owners, delivering the complete conclusion to the story.
