Gamescom Opening Night Live 2025, important gaming showcase and convention, is set to kick off in Cologne on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 8 PM CEST. Hosted by Geoff Keighley, the two-hour showcase from Hall 1 of the Koelnmesse will feature a packed lineup of world premieres, new trailers, and gameplay reveals. A 30-minute pre-show hosted by Kyle Bosman will precede the main event at 7:30 PM CEST.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 – This highly anticipated FPS sequel will have its worldwide reveal, showcasing its futuristic 2035 setting, co-op campaign, and dedicated zombies mode.
Resident Evil Requiem – Capcom will provide an exclusive look at the next chapter in its horror series, set in Raccoon City and offering players a choice between first- and third-person perspectives.
Ghost of Yotei – A sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, this PS5 exclusive is expected to reveal new gameplay or a trailer, continuing the open-world action-adventure story.
Silent Hill f – Konami will showcase a new trailer for this action-focused horror game, which incorporates Japanese horror influences and is scheduled to launch in September 2025.
The Outer Worlds 2 – Obsidian Entertainment’s sci-fi RPG sequel is confirmed to appear with a new trailer or gameplay reveal.
