Seclusa is a calm mix of a photography game and an idle experience, created to offer a peaceful escape into the landscapes of East Africa. The game is set to launch on PC via Steam in February 2026, letting you choose how active or passive you want to be at any moment, without pressure or stress.
In Seclusa, you step into the role of a wildlife photographer working together with conservation groups. The main activity is exploring quiet, handcrafted environments and taking photos of animals in their natural habitats. Completing daily tasks and photo goals earns credits and experience, which can be used to improve your camera, unlock new animals to photograph, and upgrade your living space at the safari lodge. Each upgrade adds more ways to enjoy the world at your own pace.
As you progress, you gain tools that let you shape the environment itself. You can change the weather, adjust the time of day to catch soft morning light or warm sunsets, and even call certain animals to appear for your photo collection. Outside of photography, Seclusa offers side activities like collecting cards or solving simple puzzles, all while soothing African sounds and original music play in the background.
