Prepare to face a cosmic threat aboard the Atromitos in Somber Echoes, a spaceship once renowned but now overtaken by terrifying otherworldly creatures. This dark fantasy Metroidvania will be released on January 21st for PC via Steam. The development team also shared a new teaser trailer showcasing the game’s eerie sci-fi setting and its mythological themes.

In a universe on the brink of collapse, the story follows Adrestia, who has been brought back to life to stop her twin sister Harmonia from destroying reality. You will help Adrestia navigate a labyrinth of interconnected areas, master fast-paced combat skills, and uncover ancient lore. The game world blends Greco-Roman mythology with futuristic concepts, creating a unique environment to explore.

Each sector of the Atromitos offers its own challenges, from coliseums to research facilities. Throughout the game, you will unlock abilities that allow you to revisit previous areas and discover hidden secrets. Combat is focused on precise timing, requiring you to perfect your strikes and blocks while utilizing cosmic powers to defeat a variety of enemies.
