Get ready for a magical journey with Slime Heroes, a 3D action-adventure game that combines charm, challenge, and creativity. Developed for players seeking a lighter take on the “souls-like” genre, the game is launching on February 13, 2024, for PC via Steam, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, with the Nintendo Switch version in development and arriving shortly thereafter.
In Slime Heroes, you take on the role of a brave slime, chosen to save a fairy-tale world from a mysterious corruption. Despite being an unlikely hero, this slime must explore colorful lands full of enemies, cunning puzzles, and hidden treasures. On your path, you will uncover an emotional story about overcoming expectations, friendship, and forgiveness.
As you progress, you will collect magical gems every time you defeat an enemy. These gems unlock new skills that you can dynamically combine, allowing you to create unique and powerful attacks. The game also offers local and online co-op options, meaning you can play with friends at any time. The loot-sharing system means you and your partner can gather items and create complementary abilities to overcome even the toughest bosses together.
The game’s open world features six unique regions, each with its own god and a plethora of secrets to uncover. You will explore vibrant landscapes, navigate hidden passages, and conquer unique, challenge-filled dungeons.
