Annapurna Interactive has announced D-Topia, an upcoming puzzle-adventure game from developer Marumittu Games. The game had its world premiere during the Annapurna Interactive Direct at Tokyo Game Show 2025 and is slated for a 2026 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
In D-Topia, you assume the role of the newest residential Facilitator in a community where surface-level perfection hides underlying tensions. The core narrative revolves around resolving the everyday dilemmas of a diverse cast of residents, each with their own unique stories and struggles. Through a series of choices, you can shape the lives of the inhabitants, potentially steering society toward either collective joy or subtle despair as hidden glitches and secrets emerge.
The gameplay centers on environmental and logic-based puzzles that are integrated into your daily maintenance tasks. You’ll toggle between the utopia’s polished public facade and a concealed “Block Side” realm filled with malfunctions to repair. These mechanics encourage creative problem, solving and offer light narrative branching without any fail states.
