Indie developer Influsion Inc. has announced that its first-person survival horror game SENARA: The Sacrament will launch for PC via Steam on July 30, 2026. Inspired by classic survival horror, the game takes players aboard a massive abandoned cruise liner where puzzles, resource management, and terrifying encounters stand between them and escape.

You assume the role of a newly recruited member of a mysterious religious organization who awakens aboard the 6,000-ton vessel Senara to discover that the crew has vanished. As you explore the decaying ship, you will encounter monstrous creatures, hidden cult rituals, and survivors with their own motives while searching for answers and a way off the vessel.

Designed as a giant interconnected escape room, SENARA: The Sacrament emphasizes exploration, environmental puzzles, and careful resource management. Ammunition and supplies are limited, forcing players to decide when to fight enemies, when to avoid them through stealth, and how to conserve valuable items.

One of the game’s standout features is its highly realistic setting. Using LiDAR scanning, photogrammetry, and Unity HDRP, Influsion recreated a real 6,000-ton ship with documentary-level accuracy, creating an immersive environment intended to heighten the game’s unsettling atmosphere.

Director No-Jin Kwak described the project as a modern take on classic survival horror, saying: “SENARA: The Sacrament hearkens back to the golden age of survival horror, but with a modern twist,” combining traditional exploration and item management with an authentic ocean liner designed to deliver an even more oppressive horror experience.
