Digested is a bodycam survival horror game where you are running from a giant snake. You must use tools and skills to devise your escape, using a map to orient yourself in the unfamiliar environment. The goal is to find the extraction pod and avoid becoming prey.
In the game, you find yourself in a large, unpredictable space, with the main task of finding navigation points. These points are crucial because they show you where your extraction pod is, which is essentially your only way to escape. With no instructions or arrows, you rely solely on your map and compass to traverse the challenging terrain.
While searching for navigation points, you collect power-ups that give you an advantage against the snake. What’s more, every playthrough is unique; the starting locations, navigation points, power-ups, and even the pod’s location are all randomly selected. You must constantly adapt your strategy, and there is also a chance you might stumble, so it’s essential to take risks and stay focused.
Digested is expected to be released in the first quarter of this year on PC via Steam.
