Top Hat Studios has announced that it will publish Alisa: The Parting, a spin-off sequel to the acclaimed 2021 survival horror game Alisa, developed by Casper Croes. This sequel is planned for release on unspecified consoles and PC via Steam, although the launch date has not yet been confirmed.
Alisa: The Parting follows Alisa and her partner, Jean Francois, as they hunt a wanted criminal who has stolen mysterious blueprints. Their pursuit takes a dark turn when Alisa finds herself trapped inside a terrifying dollhouse, leaving Jean to unravel this mystery. You will encounter various friendly and evil characters, navigate dangerous situations, and uncover the truth behind the blueprints while aiding new allies.
Additionally, the game offers a solo campaign with a CPU partner or a couch co-op mode to play with a friend. Between adventures, you can relax in the main hub, participate in mini-games, and small quests for a breather. The game also blends survival horror with diverse playstyles, featuring true pre-rendered backgrounds, a retro 320×240 resolution, and the nostalgic atmosphere of the late ’90s to early 2000s.
