Summitsphere has announced “THE END”, the last and biggest content update for its side-scrolling action game ANTONBLAST. The huge update arrives on December 18 for current players on Switch and PC via Steam. It brings new challenges, new modes, quality-of-life improvements, and a fully updated soundtrack.
The main attraction is The Big Tournament: The Boss Rush. Danton, who has been working non-stop on the Casino, has finished his job and brought this tough challenge to the game. Players can earn a Battle Pass and then try to defeat all nine major bosses in a row without getting knocked out. Beating them all makes you the Tournament Champion and rewards you with a big cash prize.
Before entering the main tournament, players can fight The Demon Corp, a group of enemies preparing for their own big performance. This part includes four new smaller boss fights. Winning these fights gives players a Prize Star and early access to the main event.
Another new feature is The Lime Trials, which test speed and accuracy. By defeating the main boss of each Casino wing, players unlock timed challenges where they must collect all Limes in a room before time runs out to earn a Souvenir Lime. Beating your own best times rewards you with extra cash.
The update also adds two new game modes promised to supporters:
The team says the update also includes many bug fixes and that they have worked extremely hard to make ANTONBLAST the best it can be. They even hint that more unannounced content is included, promising that all secrets will be revealed “in THE END.”
