Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Bone Assembly have announced The Dungeon Experience, a comedy first-person adventure set to release on PC in 2026. The game puts you in the unexpected role of a new enrollee in a life-changing training program. The program is run by a former low-level mudcrab whose goal is to help you achieve the true bliss of “Financial Freedom.”
From lowly mudcrab to proud dungeon owner, this crustacean has had quite an adventure. Once a bottom-of-the-food-chain RPG monster, he’s now a business guru with his own fully asbestos-free dungeon. His journey was powered by determination, optimism, and a modest investment in crab-scented essential oil candles, and he’s eager to share his path to success with you.
Join an exclusive training program inside the dungeon that blends high fantasy with modern business skills. The game asks, “Can murdering goblins lead to such wealth?” as you climb the ranks of a “supportive, fast-growing community.” The program also humorously promises to improve your luck with potential partners and describes its business model as creating a “pyramid adjacent shape” of Financial Freedom.
