Charming horror adventure Beyond The Darkness is coming later this year

My Little Studio has announced the release of its debut title Beyond The Darkness, set for 2024. This adventure horror game follows a girl named Milly, who is lost in a dream world. Players must help Milly overcome her fears and find her parents in a challenging and eerie environment.

In Beyond The Darkness, light is both your friend and your weapon. Milly carries a lamp given to her by her mother, and she must use it carefully in order to survive and progress through the game. The lamp’s light helps open doors, solve various puzzles, and fend off evil spirits lurking in the darkness.

You’ll also encounter a variety of enemies, each requiring a different tactic to defeat, or perhaps avoid entirely. Some enemies can be defeated using the lamp, but doing so consumes precious light energy, which you’ll need to manage wisely.

Milly’s journey is also about uncovering her mysterious past and finding her lost parents. You’ll need to explore the environment and interact with various objects to discover the truth and restore Milly’s memories. The game will be released sometime this year for PC via Steam.
