Horror game Go Home Annie launches this December on PC

Indie publisher Nordcurrent Labs and developer Misfit Village have announced the release date for their first-person psychological thriller Go Home Annie, arriving on PC via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store on December 3. Console releases are planned for next year.

In Go Home Annie, players assume the role of Annie, a low-ranking employee in the SCP Foundation’s Department of Replication. Through puzzle-solving, interactions with strange entities, and branching narrative paths, you must uncover hidden secrets and make key decisions that will shape Annie’s fate. The game promises an eerie and thought-provoking experience as you explore every corner of the mysterious department, where danger lurks behind every door.

Creative director Mladen Bošnjak describes the game as “a love letter to everything paranormal and related to the SCP Foundation.” The game reimagines familiar SCP concepts, introducing players to new versions of popular entities and exploring lesser-known SCP stories.

Alongside the announcement, a new trailer was shown during the Indie Horror Showcase, highlighting the game’s unsettling atmosphere and its ties to the SCP Foundation, the fictional organization dedicated to containing paranormal anomalies.
