The highly anticipated mecha action game Mecha BREAK is inviting players to join a Global Playtest starting next week. Set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is on the brink of extinction, Mecha BREAK offers intense mecha battles across multiple modes, including 3v3 Deathmatch, 6v6 Hero Shooter, and PvPvE Extraction.
Mecha BREAK brings a variety of modes tailored to different playstyles. In 3v3 Deathmatch, victory comes at any cost, while the 6v6 Hero Shooter emphasizes teamwork and tactical skills needed to complete missions. For those seeking harder challenges, the PvPvE Extraction mode requires you to infiltrate the Mashmak Islands, a vast area rich in Corite resources. Here, you will face enemy forces and deadly Corite storms while racing against time to fulfill objectives.
The combat in the game is fast-paced and explosive, with options for both melee and ranged fighting. You’ll use axes, halberds, or laser swords for brutal close-quarters engagements, while eliminating enemies from a distance with sniper shots, energy projectiles, and missile barrages. Precision and strategy are key, and you’ll need to block attacks, perform parries, and outsmart opponents to survive.
Starting on February 20, 2025, at 11 AM CET, players can access the Mecha BREAK demo on Steam. Simply search for “Mecha BREAK Demo,” visit the game’s Steam page, click the “Install Demo” button, and download the game. The playtest officially begins on February 23, 2025, at 11 AM.
