Studio 3DClouds has announced its new game, Trident’s Tale, a pirate adventure and action title that will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam as early as May of this year. The studio described this game as a project filled with love, promising an exciting story, a huge open world, and dynamic combat both on land and at sea.
Trident’s Tale is set in a vibrant, magic-infused world where you embark on an epic journey across a vast sea full of unique islands, dark dungeons, enemies, and unresolved mysteries. The story spans over 15 hours, offering an exciting narrative campaign with eccentric characters, cunning puzzles, and tense battles against monsters, rival pirate gangs, and other dangers.
One of the game’s most prominent elements is the dynamic naval battles where every move and cannon shot can be crucial. You will be able to upgrade and customize your ship according to your own playstyle, and engage in cannon battles against rivals, sea monsters, and other challenges. With a fully dynamic weather system, every battle at sea will be unique. In addition to naval battles, Trident’s Tale also offers exciting land combat, where you will use swords, magic, and firearms to survive.
