Developer Spire Games has announced that Advent: Dawn will launch on July 20, 2026 for PC via Steam. The upcoming visual novel combines psychological horror, science fiction and mystery as players attempt to uncover the truth behind a seemingly impossible disaster.
You step into the role of neuroscientist Dr. Atlas Everly, whose scientific expedition takes a terrifying turn after a cave collapse traps him underground alongside six strangers. As fear and suspicion begin to spread throughout the group, you must uncover the secrets hidden beneath a remote island while questioning what is real and what may be the product of their own perception.
The narrative unfolds through branching choices, environmental puzzles and multiple character routes. An interactive flowchart allows you to revisit previous decisions, with every ending contributing additional pieces to the larger mystery before unlocking the game’s true conclusion.
According to Spire Games, the story is designed to leave players questioning every decision they make, with emotional relationships playing a central role in determining survival.
