Developer Stormind Games has announced Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered, bringing the first two entries in its psychological survival horror series to modern hardware with extensive visual and technical upgrades.

Both games are being rebuilt using Unreal Engine 5, while preserving the gameplay, atmosphere and narrative. The remastered editions introduce a wide range of improvements, including Lumen-powered lighting, Nanite technology, 4K textures, upgraded character models and redesigned user interfaces.

Stormind Games has also reworked the cinematic sequences, addressed bugs from the original releases and implemented broader stability and gameplay improvements to modernize the overall experience. According to the studio, the goal is not to reinvent the games but to preserve their original identity while bringing their presentation up to current technical standards.

The remastered collection revisits the events of Remothered: Tormented Fathers, where players once again follow Rosemary Reed through the terrifying halls of the Felton mansion, before continuing into Remothered: Broken Porcelain, which explores the mysteries surrounding the Ashmann Inn and further expands the series’ interconnected story.

Both remasters are coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC. They don’t have a release date yet.
