Publisher Akupara Games and development team a la mode games have announced that Sorry We’re Closed, a story-driven survival horror game, will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch on March 6th. The game originally debuted on PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG in November 2024, and it combines fixed-camera exploration with arcade-style shooting.
Sorry We’re Closed follows the story of Michelle, a woman cursed by a powerful archdemon in search of love. As Michelle struggles to break the curse and avoid her premature death, players must guide her through a dangerous world of demons and a bustling London borough. Using the powers of the Third Eye, Michelle can see between worlds, uncover secrets, and solve puzzles to survive.
The game combines nostalgic survival horror elements with modern mechanics. You will explore atmospheric environments with fixed camera angles, manage resources, and engage in intense first-person arcade combat. Sorry We’re Closed also features RPG dialogue interactions, allowing players to influence the story and unlock multiple different endings depending on their decisions.
