Super Battle Golf’s Biggest Update Yet Launches Next Week Alongside Free Steam Weekend

Developer Super Battle Golf has announced its largest content update to date, bringing a brand-new biome, team-based gameplay, additional items, and a free Steam weekend beginning July 16.

The headline feature of the Attack on City Update is a Japanese-inspired urban course, adding more than 18 new holes across busy streets, construction sites, and narrow alleyways. Players will need to avoid traffic while discovering shortcuts and alternative routes as they race to the hole before their opponents.

The update also introduces Team Modes for the first time. Instead of competing in free-for-all matches, players can now join squads, work together to secure putts, and use items strategically to disrupt the opposing team.

Several new power-ups are arriving as well. The Jumbo Burger transforms players into towering giants capable of rampaging across the course, while the Thunderstorm item summons lightning strikes that target nearby rivals. Additional items will also be included as part of the update.

To celebrate the release, Super Battle Golf will be available to play for free on Steam from July 16 through July 20. A limited-time discount will also be available during the event, allowing new players to purchase the game at a reduced price.
