Inverge Studios, the developer of Creatures of Ava, has announced its next project: Peregrino. The new game is a dark, isometric survival management game that will be coming to PC via Steam, though a release date has not yet been announced.
In Peregrino, you lead a group of pilgrims through a cursed land on a brutal journey to find paradise. To survive, you must make life-or-death decisions, prove your faith, and fight against the “profane abominations” that guard the land. This is a survival management experience where you must scavenge, hunt, and fight to stay alive. You’ll need to carefully manage scarce resources, keep your pilgrims fed and sheltered, and prepare for nightfall.
Each pilgrim has a unique story, skills, and a reason for seeking New Eden. Death is permanent here, so you must carefully manage their needs and morale. Additionally, you can upgrade and customize your wagons, reinforce their walls, and expand your storage to prepare for what lies ahead. The deeper you go, the harsher the journey becomes.
