The developers of Titan Quest II, Grimlore Games and publisher THQ Nordic, have released an Early Access roadmap on Steam, outlining their phased plan for the game’s development into 2026.
The roadmap begins with a major content update set for the next three months that will introduce a new chapter to the game, expanding its mythological narrative and Ancient Greece-inspired setting. Following this, a feature update is planned to add a comprehensive character creator, allowing you to customize your heroes in more detail.
Further updates will include new masteries, or skill trees, which will deepen the game’s combat system. Looking ahead, the developers have also teased broader additions for 2026, such as new chapters, additional realms, improved multiplayer, UI refinements, and support for more languages. This phased approach shows a clear commitment to an iterative process, with the goal of consistently adding new content and features to the game.
