Snoozy Kazoo has delayed Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart from September 17th, 2026, to an unspecified date in 2027, allowing its five-person team to expand the game without continuing to crunch.

The developer said the additional production time will support a larger roster of romanceable Monster Girls and features that would otherwise have been removed to meet the original deadline:

“This delay allows us to both add more content and avoid crunch. As a tiny studio of five people, there were quite a few features (and Monster Girls!) we were cutting in order to hit this September 17th release date, and we were starting to crunch to ensure this game was something we were proud of.”

The turn-based dungeon crawler and dating simulator follows Taffy, a weak adventurer whose powerful dragon ex-girlfriend steals their belongings and retreats to the bottom of a dungeon. Unable to fight effectively, Taffy instead builds relationships with Monster Girls who join the party and handle battles.

Relationships directly influence turn-based combat, while different personalities can create jealousy and disagreements within the group. The game also features five dungeons and sleepover sequences used to increase affection. A playable demo remains available for PC through Steam.
