Dodos, lizards, giant crabs, and even bigger Neanderthals, all of it awaits you in Under a Rock, which recently released a new trailer showcasing its combat and weapon mechanics. This action-exploration-base-building survival game takes place in a procedurally generated world and will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam.

To make the news even sweeter, developer Nordic Trolls confirmed that the game has surpassed 300,000 Steam wishlists. In combat, you’ll need to master dodging and well-timed shield blocks to survive, while striking back with handmade weapons like clubs, spears, axes, and bows. The trailer also highlights varied combat styles, including ranged combat and close-quarters encounters.

The procedurally generated world ensures every playthrough brings new surprises. The island is home to diverse creatures you can tame, breed, or even ride. These creatures can fight alongside you or provide resources. One of the game’s biggest strengths is its co-op multiplayer, allowing up to 10 players to explore, build, and battle together.
