Get ready for a trip back to the early 2000s. LAN Party Adventures, a singleplayer game that captures the nostalgia of that era, is set to launch on September 18, 2025 for PC via Steam. Developed by LEAP Game Studios and co-published by Pchujoy Games, this game combines realistic simulation and drops players into a world of dial-up internet and tangled cables.
You play as a tech-savvy organizer who must set up LAN parties in different locations, from bedrooms to larger venues. The core gameplay focuses on the satisfyingly hands-on challenges of the time: you’ll plug in VGA cables, configure software, and navigate clunky tech, all while trying to avoid computer viruses.
But it’s not just about the technical hurdles, there’s also a light investigative narrative. You’ll work with your friends to find a missing pal named Pedro, following digital clues and solving puzzles to uncover the truth. The experience is improved by a Sandbox Mode, which lets you design your ultimate LAN party setup with a huge selection of customizable computers, retro posters, and other nostalgic accessories.
