Future Media has officially announced that the Future Games Show: Summer Showcase 2025 will be broadcast live on June 7th. This year’s showcase will be hosted by two celebrated voice actors: Laura Bailey, known for her role in The Last of Us Part II where she voiced Abby Anderson, and Matthew Mercer. The event promises a mix of more than 40 upcoming titles, including both AAA and indie projects.
The audience can expect a program packed with world premieres, exclusive demos, in-depth talks with development teams, and never-before-seen trailers. It is confirmed so far that we will get a new look at Directive 8020: A Dark Pictures Game, an interview with the team from Hangar 13, the studio behind Mafia: The Old Country, and a new trailer for the horror adventure Crisol: Theater of Idols.
Following the main segment, the Future Games Show Live from Los Angeles returns for the third year in a row. Broadcast directly from a studio in L.A., this post-show segment will offer even more exclusive game trailers and information related to the most exciting announcements of this summer season. Last year’s show attracted more than 10 million live viewers, according to Future Media data.
