Publisher Knights Peak and developer Windup Games have announced that Hela, an open-world adventure inspired by Scandinavian folklore, will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Previously confirmed for consoles without specific platforms, this announcement solidifies its availability.
In Hela, you play as a brave mouse exploring stunning 3D environments reminiscent of Scandinavian landscapes. The game features a heartfelt story and engaging gameplay that allows you to connect deeply with your surroundings. You can play solo or with others, either locally or online, as you venture through magical forests, steep mountain paths, and tranquil lakes.
Along the way, you’ll collect items and solve puzzles using your backpack. You can also help the world around you and watch as your kindness transforms characters and environments.
