DuneCrawl places players in the roles of desert-faring privateers who explore vast, hand-drawn environments by piloting their Dune Crawler, a gigantic, walking crab decorated with cannons and treasure maps. The game supports co-op play, allowing between one and four players to team up both online and locally.
The adventure centers on unfolding the mystery surrounding the colossal Dune Crawlers themselves. You will embark on a free-form journey across the expansive environments, taking on a variety of swashbuckling activities. This includes interacting with quest-giving NPCs, defending local towns from aggressive bandits, discovering hidden loot, and even riding armored scarabs.
DuneCrawl is officially set for release on January 5, 2026 on Steam.
