If you’re looking for a friendly and relaxing game to play with family or friends, Sheepherds! is the perfect choice. This cozy cooperative game, designed for up to four players, lets you step into the paws of a sheepdog and herd fluffy flocks through colorful fields. A free demo will be available during the Steam Couch Co-op Fest, starting on February 10th. The full game is planned for 2025, with support for both local and online multiplayer.
In Sheepherds!, you and your friends play as sheepdogs, working together to guide sheep through fields of flowers. The goal is to dye their wool and create outfits for your team. Along the way, you’ll bark, run, and explore magical locations, all within the game’s relaxed and positive atmosphere. The sheep behave like real flocks, following each other and influencing one another. As a sheepdog, you’ll learn to direct them through strategic positioning and barking at the right moments.
Sheepherds! is designed to be a lighthearted co-op experience. There is no mandatory division of tasks, no time limits, and no pressure. Each player is free to contribute to the common goal, and your actions can only have positive consequences. Whether you play with friends, family, or a partner, the game ensures you’ll stay on good terms even after playing. For those who want a bit more of a challenge, optional missions are available to test your skills and teamwork.
