Mars Attracts offers a unique twist on theme park building games. Based on the iconic 1996 film Mars Attacks!, players can build amusement parks on Mars for alien visitors, while abducted humans serve as the main attraction. The game will be available in Early Access in 2025 for PC via Steam.

Studio Outlier is inviting players to join the first closed alpha test beginning on December 4, 2024. This early access phase allows participants to help improve the game while exploring its quirky features. In Mars Attracts, you can enjoy the thrill of roller coasters and attractions with a darkly humorous twist: creating enclosures for abducted humans from various historical eras, such as Ancient Rome and the Wild West.

The game follows familiar tycoon mechanics where you build attractions, manage resources, and keep your Martian guests entertained. However, its unique setting and twisted humor set it apart from traditional theme park simulators. While the game is still early in development, its first trailer suggests a blend of dark comedy and strategic depth.
