Six One Indie has announced the return of its highly anticipated Six One Indie Showcase, scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, starting at 8:50 AM PT / 11:50 AM ET / 5:50 PM CET. The event will be streamed live on IGN, GameSpot, and Six One Indie’s channels, highlighting 48 creative indie games from developers and publishers worldwide.
The event kicks off with the Petey’s Play Now Pre-Show, which highlights seven underrated indie games released earlier this year. The main showcase will feature 41 upcoming games, including the world premiere of Truth Scrapper from the creator of In Stars and Time, insights into Mouse: P.I. For Hire and Hotel Barcelona, and a detailed look at Future Vibe Check from Akupara Games. The show will conclude with a surprise from the Six One Indie team.
Following the livestream, fans can visit the official showcase website for over 20 previews and 40 developer interviews prepared by the Six One Indie editorial team. Concurrently, the Six One Indie Showcase Steam event, running until May 26, 2025, will include over 150 indie titles worth adding to your wishlist, featuring exclusive demos and special discounts.
Selected from over 1,300 submissions, this season’s lineup reflects Six One Indie’s commitment to showcasing the creativity of indie titles. Since its inception in 2022, the showcase has highlighted more than 150 indie games, emphasizing accessibility by offering free participation and direct marketing support to developers, especially those without access to traditional industry platforms.
