We The Indies has released a physical PC edition of The Wind’s Path, giving players a DRM-free disc copy of Endless Project Games’ fast-paced top-down platformer.
The physical edition is available through We The Indies, a company that produces and distributes on-demand PC discs for independent developers. Orders are available internationally, while developers pay no upfront manufacturing cost.
The Wind’s Path originally launched on March 11th, 2025 and supports both Windows and Linux. Its new release is intended to give buyers a copy they can retain without relying on an online storefront or account.
Players must remain in motion to survive across seven worlds. Running fills a Flow meter that powers wind attacks, while those same abilities can be used to accelerate through environments and maintain momentum.
The result combines top-down platforming with high-speed combat, rewarding players who continuously move between enemies and hazards. A digital version remains available through Steam.
Physical editions have become increasingly valuable for preservation-minded players. Our feature on the GOG Preservation Program explores another approach to keeping PC games accessible.
