Prepare to face the horrors of a post-apocalyptic world in Dreadzone, an upcoming survival game launching into Early Access on PC via Steam in April. A new announcement trailer has been released, showcasing the tense gameplay and terrifying enemies that players will encounter in this relentless quarantine zone.

[NOTE] The game’s release has been moved to summer. Full details about the new release date are available here.

The game is set in 2030, in a world ravaged by the Zeno-29 virus, a deadly pandemic that has turned the infected into mutants. Governments established isolated quarantine zones to contain the virus’s spread, leaving the infected to fend for themselves in the wasteland. You take on the role of one of the infected, trapped in a remote zone filled with abandoned factories, collapsed houses, underground shelters, and uncontrolled wilderness.

Survival is the only goal, but it won’t be easy. Supplies are scarce, danger lurks around every corner, and the virus is slowly taking control of your character. Dreadzone forces you to search the environment for resources, craft tools, build shelters, and fight against relentless threats. The zone is filled with wild animals, zombies, mutants, and other desperate survivors, who will do anything to stay alive.

More information about DREADZONE can be found in our detailed preview about everything you need to know about the game before its release.
